Hi, I’m Francis Thawn — a first-generation REALTOR® and founder of Hornbill Realty Group, proudly serving Fort Wayne, Indiana, and surrounding communities.
I came to the U.S. as a baby and grew up deeply valuing stability, hard work, and family. Now, I help others build their own foundations — whether they’re buying their first home, investing in real estate, or selling with purpose.
Hornbill Realty Group is independently operated by Francis Thawn, licensed under the brokerage of Dollens Appraisal LLC, owned by Ryan Dollens.
While Dollens Appraisal LLC is the registered brokerage name recognized by the Indiana Real Estate Commission, the team operates publicly under the brand name Dollens Property Group for marketing and client-facing services.
This affiliation provides a strong foundation of compliance and support, while Hornbill Realty Group offers personalized, bilingual real estate service with a community-first approach.
Outside of real estate, I’m a hands-on guy who enjoys photography, cars, and giving back through local events and volunteer work. I’m also starting an exciting new chapter in life as I build a family of my own — and I bring that same heart and commitment to every transaction.
